Alan Valnegri is Head of the Organization and Processes Service at the Cantonal Hospital Organization in Ticino, where he coordinates process and information improvement activities and serves on the Data Governance and Business Intelligence boards. Since 2017, he has actively collaborated with ANQ (the Swiss National Association for Quality Development in Hospitals and Clinics) as a member of the committee on quality indicators for unplanned readmissions. With a solid academic background, culminating in a Master’s degree in Business Information Systems from HEC Lausanne, he has further strengthened his expertise with international certifications in VBHC (Green Belt), Business Process Management (SAP Signavio), and Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Leadership at the European Institute of Technology and Innovation (EIT).
