Territorial Transplant Coordination (CTT)

The Territorial Transplant Coordination (CTT) of AOU Federico II operates in synergy with the Hospital Directorate, with the mission of ensuring governance of the organ and tissue donation and transplantation process. Established by resolution No. 548 of April 18, 2025, the CTT is responsible for analyzing relevant epidemiological scenarios and guiding patient pathways across the continuum of care. Its activities include supporting and informing citizens, potential donors, donors, and patients awaiting transplantation, in close collaboration with the Hospital Directorate and institutional transplant programs. The CTT also works in coordination with the Regional Transplant Center (CRT Campania) to promote awareness campaigns and to develop tools aimed at enhancing clinical effectiveness and organizational efficiency. Through a multidisciplinary approach, the CTT contributes to strengthening the quality, safety, and accessibility of transplant processes, ensuring a structured and patient-centered model of care.
