A senior clinical embryologist with over two decades in assisted reproduction, Nishad Chimote combines hands-on laboratory leadership with a sustained push toward evidence-based, automation- and AI-driven embryology. He holds an MSc in Biochemistry and an MSc in Clinical Embryology (UK) and is a Fellow of ICRM, currently pursuing his PhD in reproductive science. His present work centres on laboratory traceability, AI-assisted quality systems, and reducing unnecessary ICSI in non-male-factor cases.
