Since 2000, Massimo Dutto has been working in the field of certification, initially focusing on management systems and later on competence certification. He currently serves as General Director of ACS Italia, a publicly controlled certification body within the CSQA Group, specializing in competence certification. Throughout his career, he has held several key roles, including Head of the Life Sciences Division at CSQA, with a focus on healthcare and health sectors, and consultant for competence certification at the Italian National Institute of Health (National Blood Centre) and the National Water Safety Centre. He has also worked as Lead Consultant for competence certification projects at the Central Anti-Crime Directorate of the Italian State Police, consultant for the Puglia Region during the COVID-19 emergency, Chief Executive Officer of an international competence certification body, and Director of the Healthcare Department at a publicly listed international certification organization.
